5. Reservation Changes

• Requests for modifications should be made as early as possible.

6. No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive or use the booked service without prior notice will be treated as a No-Show.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows unless specified otherwise by the service provider.

• BoldView works with third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport services.

• All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers.

8. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid identification, passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

• BoldView is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or delays due to missing or invalid documents.

9. Special Requests

• Special requests (early check-in, special meals, room preferences, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the provider.
